UCLA ALUMNI MENTOR PROGRAM
Executive Director (2017-2018)
The UCLA Alumni Mentor Program is an alumni association program that pairs over 2000 UCLA students with alumni from hundreds of backgrounds and industries during the academic year. As executive director, I oversaw every aspect of the program's development, from mentor pairing to mentorship building over the year. My team and I produced professional development workshops, Bruin leadership panels, virtual events, and online resources to guide students and mentors throughout the academic year.
Main achievements included development of mentor/student feedback system, onboarding of dozens of UCLA graduate schools, programs, and campus organizations, and first-time creation of comprehensive online resources for students and mentors.
